Cancellation Charges Policy
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will incur a fee of Rs.200, payable by the customer. This charge covers shipping, handling, and restocking costs.
- If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Returns
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 24 hours after the order is delivered.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
