Return & Refund Policy
At Scentiq, we are committed to providing our customers with premium fragrances and a satisfying shopping experience. If you receive a damaged item, we are here to help.
Note: A full unboxing video of the intact box with label showing all 6 sides is mandatory for all return, refund, or exchange requests.
Cancellation Charges Policy
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will incur a fee of Rs.200, payable by the customer. This charge covers shipping, handling, and restocking costs.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team at care.scentiq@gmail.com or +91 9033807576 as soon as possible.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 24 hours after the order is delivered, only for items that arrive damaged.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging, with clear evidence of damage (e.g., broken bottle).
- Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way, or are not damaged, are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at care.scentiq@gmail.com or +91 9033807576 with your order number, reason for return, and the mandatory unboxing video showing the damaged item.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Scentiq will cover shipping costs for returns due to damaged items. For non-damaged items, returns are not accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Any item that is not damaged
Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and verify the damage with the provided unboxing video. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds are not applicable, as returns are only accepted for damaged items.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you havenβt received a refund after 7-10 business days, please first check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for non-damaged items. For damaged items, you may request an exchange by following the return process:
- Contact our customer service team at care.scentiq@gmail.com or +91 9033807576 with your order number, reason for exchange, and the mandatory unboxing video showing the damaged item.
- Once approved, return the damaged item, and we will ship a replacement, subject to availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
