At Scentiq, we are committed to providing our customers with premium fragrances and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Cancellation Charges Policy
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will incur a fee of Rs.200, payable by the customer. This charge covers shipping, handling, and restocking costs.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 24 hours after the order is delivered.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).

Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund after the designated time frame, please first check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Limit
- COD Limit: Our COD service is available for orders up to Rs. 3,500/-.
- For Orders Exceeding Rs. 3,500/-: Customers wishing to place an order exceeding Rs. 3,500/- will be required to prepay the full amount using one of our other available payment methods, such as credit/debit cards or online banking.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
